I found Google to be so useful and numerous posts have help me during these 2 weeks.
Today I finally got an full NTLM environment stable. I did the whole Kerberos installation just to see if it is worth it and finally decided to keep it NTLM and No claims for the time being.
I thought I would try to share my experience and what I did to configure this. This may help other people trying to do the same. Compared with MOSS 2007 this has being a challenge. I have not finished yet since my intention is put a TEST and PROD environment in play and migrate our 11 Content Databases.
Here is a one man shop for this for the time being I am probably making a big mistake setting up SharePoint 2010 first and planning what to do with it second. But with MOSS 2007 nobody wanted to use it, nobody had time to plan, we did small planning and none use it for a while. But you keep showing what you can do with it and people comes I have a lot of requests for sites now so we plan to grow using the 2010 version.
This my hope and my fear with SharePoint 2010 I hope a build a out of the box good enough portal that we grow it little by little and rebuild again once we get people on board and resources.
